Corporate Standards

katzandmaus_susan_mausNational franchise company needed to communicate the importance of and standards for brand consistency to its 25-member network. Researched corporate standards then solicited and analyzed input from the franchise community.

RESULTS: 120 days later, a detailed standards manual, in electronic format, with templates of approved materials rolled out of production. The manual covered everything from typeface to trade show materials much to the delight of franchisees who could now produce their materials locally; and to corporate staff who now had a standard upon which materials could be judged.
